1.      Have nice glasses of water and avoid sodas

Does it help to reduce the extra weight on our body by drinking more water? Actually it is right to have a glass of water before breakfast in order to increase  the number of human gastrointestinal peristalsis, remove built up fecal matter and trim your stomach. But you can’t drink too much within one hour, or your blood will be diluted or even extra stress will be put on your hearts. If you persists in this bad habit, it will do harm to your health.
